Fraud Noir: Scare Tactics
It should be no surprise that anyone can be the victim of a scam. Con artists can quickly manipulate people who know better and turn their upside down. It happens every day. Since Halloween is approaching, we thought we'd take a minute to talk about how heart-pounding scare tactics lead to fraud.
